nutcracker is growing rapidly - and is looking for exactly you from 01.02.2026 in Frankfurt (presence)!
Your mission:
You conceive, design and animate content that rocks. For big brands, NGOs and exciting medium-sized companies. In an interdisciplinary team that takes explanatory communication and motion design to a new level.
What you can expect:
- Creative conception: idea development, storyboards, mood boards
- Graphic design: infographics, collages, illustrations, visual assets, templates
- Motion design: animations, visual storytelling, 2D/3D elements
- Video editing & post-production: editing, sound, music
- Trend research: You know today what will be state-of-the-art and possible with AI tomorrow
What you should bring with you:
- Degree in media/graphic design or comparable (e.g. School of Motion)
- At least 3 years experience - agency, studio or editorial office
- High level skills in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
- Optional: Cinema 4D, Blender
- Creative, technically strong, in love with detail - and open to new ideas
- Very good knowledge of German, good English
- Mon-Thu presence in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, Fri home office
